For the public, the institute offers its treatment menu as model services. Every model treatment is performed by a student under the direct supervision of a licensed instructor, at a cost that covers only supplies and materials. Visits can run longer than a typical spa appointment, since laser sessions are supervised student training, and the services are strictly for educational purposes. The menu includes four facials (Skin Sensation, Purifying Facial, Ocean Miracle and Expert Derma Peel), a salicylic acid peel for acne, microneedling, laser hair removal priced by area size and packages, and a medical weight loss program.

Some practical details matter when booking. Office hours are by appointment on weekdays from 9am to 5pm, and student tours are also by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. Clients need to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and a fee of up to $50 may apply to cancellations or no-shows without that notice. A consultation or assessment may be needed before certain services, and the institute may decline a service it considers unsafe. Gift certificates are available on site. Student complaints go first through the school's internal grievance procedure and can then be taken to the Texas Workforce Commission.
