The salon works by appointment only and does not take walk-ins. Bookings are made through Square, and a card is required to hold an appointment. New clients pay a $20 non-refundable deposit and should arrive with bare nails. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Friday 11:00 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, with Sundays and Mondays closed. Because of limited space, children and extra guests are not allowed. Late arrivals get a 15-minute grace period before a cancellation fee applies.

The menu covers Russian manicures with detailed e-file cuticle work, BIAB builder gel for weak or brittle nails, Gel X, and nail tip extensions when needed. Korean and Japanese style nail art can be added to BIAB or Gel X, and handpainted designs are also offered. A collagen hand mask can be added after a nail service.
