The facial menu runs from customized facials for clarifying, hydrating, anti-aging and acne concerns to clinical treatments. The Signature Deep Cleansing Glow is a 60-minute facial at $200. The Cryo Oxygen Treatment combines an oxygenating facial with cryo therapy, starts at $275 and is also available as an add-on. Men can book facials too. Valmont facials use Valmont skincare products, and a Valmont Summit of Cervin session is 75 minutes at $385.

Waxing covers the face, lips, chin, nostrils, ears, neck, chest, belly, underarms, shoulders, arms, back, legs and the bikini area, from patch waxing at $25 to a full back and shoulder service at $115. The spa uses botanical waxes, which it describes as scientifically tested and free of animal products, and says they make waxing more hygienic and less painful. Brow services (tinting, trimming, tweezing, waxing or shaping) and lash tinting are also offered.

Booking is done only through the spa's own website, not third-party booking sites. Credit card and cash are accepted; Apple Pay, PayPal, WeChat Pay, Venmo and checks are not. A no-show is charged the full service fee. Parking is available in the 400 E Randolph parking garage, with a discounted ticket sold at the front desk for $10, and parking for under 30 minutes in the building is free. The spa is open Monday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed Sundays.
