Children's haircuts are done in classic metal pedal cars, planes or a train, and a movie or show is available for kids to watch during the cut. Each location has a separate waiting area for children, with play and creative activities.

Adults have their own waiting area, which has free arcade games. Each adult styling station has a 40-inch HD widescreen TV with a PlayStation or Xbox. The salon offers haircuts for adults and says it offers the latest styles for all ages. Haircuts are performed by licensed stylists.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. The salon is open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.

The salon presents itself as a family salon, with separate spaces and experiences for children and adults.

The setting is playful for kids, with pedal cars, planes and a train, and a separate adult lounge with arcade games.
