The menu covers acrylic full sets and fills, colored acrylic, encapsulated sets that hold designs such as glitter, colored acrylic or confetti inside the nail, ombre sets, and rhinestone sets. Gel polish manicures and pedicures are offered alongside a spa gel pedicure that includes cuticle work, a sugar scrub, a cream mask in hot towels and a lotion rub. Men's and kids' manicures and pedicures are available, along with soak-offs, nail repairs, and a short jelly soak add-on for pedicures.

Some services take a deposit ranging from $1 to $25, required for new clients or for particular services. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period, after which a late or missed visit is charged the full service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full fee. In person, a buy-now, pay-later option is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount and are final once sold. Party bookings are arranged by messaging the salon. Staff speak English and Spanish. The salon is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sundays.
