The studio is a custom-built, clean and private suite. Children can pass the time with toys, enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks, and pick a show or movie to watch during their haircut from several streaming services, including Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Paramount+, HBO+ and YouTube Premium.

First haircuts are a major focus. The First Haircut Package is $60 and includes a haircut, a laminated First Haircut Certificate with a printed photo, a keepsake bottle, and a copy of the Daniel Tiger book Daniel Gets His Haircut. The Full Experience Package is listed as coming soon, without a price.

Sensory-friendly appointments are built around a calm, low-pressure pace. They allow extra time, breaks when needed, gradual introductions to tools, and flexible positioning, so a child can stand, sit, move or play. A haircut may not be finished in one visit. The appointment can be paused or stopped for the day, and a return visit is typically scheduled within a few days or the following week. The parent decides whether to stop for the day or finish the haircut.
