The office is in Hamilton Park and was chosen for a quieter arrival and more privacy than a typical clinic setting. Visits are by appointment only, and first visits run 45 to 60 minutes. Exams are done when they are clinically useful, and each plan's full cost is shared before any treatment begins.

Gynecology services include annual well-woman exams, pap smears, HPV testing, birth control management and STI screening and treatment. Hormone services include hormone pellet therapy and bioidentical hormone replacement, with BioTE pellets used when appropriate. Pelvic floor recovery draws on device-based therapies, targeted medication, laser treatment and coordination with pelvic floor physical therapists. Postpartum care is available for concerns that continue beyond the standard six-week visit, with no set time limit.

The aesthetic side covers laser hair removal with the Cutera excel HR, PRP prepared with the Selphyl closed system for skin quality and female hair loss, Xeomin for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's-feet lines, acne care, and the Juliet erbium:YAG laser for vaginal tissue. Laser labiaplasty for external cosmetic resurfacing and the O-Shot platelet-rich plasma treatment are also offered.

Care is planned from a written, physician-authored protocol the patient can read, and written next steps follow each visit. Routine care stays with the same physician in one chart, whether in the office or online. Online care covers GLP-1 weight care, perimenopause and menopause care, testosterone for women, hair loss, acne, STI testing and treatment, and libido concerns. The practice says online care is held to the same standards as the in-person exam room, and patients are confirmed as physically located in NY, NJ or FL at intake. Services are offered in English and Spanish.

Care follows a trauma-informed, consent-led approach, sequenced through the PURR Method of measuring, planning, forecasting and following through, with progress tracked against that forecast.
