Clients can book a 30-minute consultation. Some services require one first: medium and small frontal knotless braids need a consultation before booking, and men's freestyle braids are priced after a consultation. Appointment lengths are listed per service, from about an hour for two feed-in braids to around eight hours for small Bora Bora braids, so a visit can be planned around the time it takes.

Outside braiding and weaving, the studio offers natural hair care such as a silk press, which includes a detoxifying shampoo, a conditioning steam treatment, a blowout, trimmed ends and a straight press, with an optional peppermint scalp scrub. It also offers custom color, with single-process bundles, and a soft glam makeup service.

Several services set expectations on hair and materials. Hair is included for longer knotless braid lengths, with add-ons available. Sew-ins and sew-in quickweaves include up to three bundles, and a fourth or more is an add-on. Miracle knots and the sew-in with knotless boho braids do not include hair. Units such as HD frontals, HD lace closures and HD wig units must be dropped off three days before the appointment, and a $25 fee applies when they are not.
