Services range from a 10-minute patch test to a two-hour Russian volume full set, with listed prices from $25 for a removal and bath up to $160 for a Russian volume full set. Appointment length depends on how many natural lashes a client has, and the studio does not rush appointments.

Refills are not tied to a set number of weeks. A refill is available once at least half of the extensions remain. If extensions are too damaged to refill, such as from heat, gum or wax caught in the lashes, a removal must be booked first. New clients who want a removal with a full set must book the removal as an add-on.

Visits are quiet, with spa music playing. Clients can bring headphones for music or podcasts. A clean bathroom, warm blankets and a nap area are available during appointments. Clients should arrive with no makeup or oily products on the skin or hair. Children and extra guests are not permitted.

Deposits can be sent by Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay or Zelle and are non-refundable, applied to the overall balance. The remaining balance can be paid by those methods or in cash. An appointment is canceled if the deposit is not sent within an hour of booking. Appointments outside normal business hours, or squeezed in, carry an extra $30 fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late adds $10 to the balance, and more than 20 minutes adds $20. Arriving more than 30 minutes late cancels the appointment. Rescheduling is done through the booking confirmation email at least 24 hours ahead; otherwise a new booking is needed. If a service is stopped early, the remaining balance is still due.

Sets are fitted to each client's natural lashes, so fullness depends on what the natural lashes allow, and time is planned around them rather than a fixed clock.
