A first visit is a consultation that reviews facial anatomy, medical history and aesthetic goals. It includes photography, a facial assessment and a personalized treatment plan with stated pricing. The consultation fee is $100 and is applied toward treatment if the client goes ahead. Follow-up visits include a post-treatment assessment with comparative photography and a clinical examination.
The facial menu includes several HydraFacial versions: the Signature Purpose, Deluxe, Clarifying, Platinum and Teen HydraFacials, plus Dermaplaning HydraFacial and a standalone Dermaplaning Facial. Injectable options cover wrinkle relaxers and neuromodulators, biostimulators and dermal fillers. Skin services include chemical peels, skin boosters, microneedling and PRF gel. The LaseMD Ultra Resurfacing Laser is offered for pigmentation, wrinkles and acne. Wellness options are peptide treatments with semaglutide or tirzepatide and vitamin IV hydration.
The Purpose Elite membership, listed at $149, requires a minimum six-month commitment. Members get 20% off retail medical-grade skincare, a $50 birthday credit toward any service in their birthday month, $1 off neurotoxins, 10% off facials, and 10% off dermal filler and biostimulator packages and other packages. Membership also includes a $50 referral bonus and bankable payments, where unused monthly payments roll over. Payment plans are available through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company, with 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans from 5.99% APR.
Every booking, including consultations, needs a credit card kept on file. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours ahead; otherwise a $100 no-show fee is charged, though emergencies may be considered for an exception. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments or cancel late may be asked to pay in advance. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late may be seen for the remainder of the slot or asked to rebook. Children under 16 are accepted only for a scheduled service. Pets are not allowed, with the exception of trained ADA service dogs. The salon is open Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM, and Friday and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The Medical Director does not work on site, so questions for the Medical Director should be directed to Heinny Severini.
Treatments are planned holistically, looking at how each feature works with the others, with the aim of enhancing natural features while keeping each person's own look.
