A visit begins with a consultation, which is required for a first appointment and is offered free, with the service itself done in person. New clients complete a waiver before their appointment and should disclose any eye conditions, eye-area injuries, medications or treatments that could affect the eye area. A credit card is needed to book, and payment is taken in store. The salon says it uses its own lash glue and a collagen eye pad during treatments, and describes its staff as experienced and highly trained.
Several offers are limited by day or time. The 70-piece classic set and Happy Hour price apply Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 12pm, and the Fairy Set price applies daily from 1pm to 3pm, with members able to book it at any time. Outside the Fairy window, an added fee applies. Offers generally cannot be combined. Cash payments receive 10% off after the service, though Zelle, Venmo and Cash App are not accepted as cash. Membership packages are described as saving members up to 10 to 25 percent per visit.
Refills are for returning clients whose extensions were applied at Purple Lash. Refill windows are 8 to 14 days for a two-week fill, 15 to 21 days for three weeks and 22 to 28 days for four weeks. Anything past 28 days since the last appointment is booked as a new set. Infills are recommended every two to three weeks. Lash sets from other salons must be removed before the first set here.
Aftercare includes cleaning the lashes with eyelash foam cleanser every three days, avoiding oil-based products and mascara, and not sleeping face down. Clients are asked to keep lashes dry for 12 hours after application and to avoid rubbing or pulling them. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be charged a $20 late or reschedule fee, and a 50% no-show fee applies to missed appointments or ones missed after they have started. Products are final sale, prices may change, and phone use during appointments is discouraged.
The salon works toward natural-looking lashes with customized looks, starting from a consultation and offering a patch test for clients with past reactions or eye sensitivity.
