The manicure menu starts with a Classic manicure, a 30-minute dry manicure with shaping, light cuticle care and a hand massage. The Luxe manicure runs 35 minutes and adds exfoliation, a collagen glove and massage, and the Pur Deluxe manicure runs 40 minutes with exfoliation, a collagen wrap and a warm shea butter massage. A gel manicure finished with LED-cured gel polish is also offered. Pedicures range from a 30-minute Classic with a sea salt soak to themed options such as Cool as a Cucumber, Milk & Honey, Champagne & Roses, So Matcha Goodness and Cloud 9, which uses a CBD-infused salt soak and a lavender oil hot stone massage. The Pur Deluxe pedicure is the longest, at one hour, with a milk and rose petal bath, a 24K gold sugar scrub and a hot oil massage, and it includes one complimentary drink of the client's choice.

For longer-lasting nails, the menu includes dip powder, which the salon describes as an alternative to acrylics that requires no UV light, along with Gel-X soft gel extensions, Builder Gel overlays and refills, and Dual Form extensions. Length add-ons and extensions are priced separately, and removal is available for gel, dip, acrylic and Gel-X. Gel, dip and Gel-X services include a complimentary repair within five days for chips, damage or discoloration, with photos required and the repair done at the original location. Kids manicures and pedicures are offered for children 10 and under.

Beyond nails, the salon offers Classic, Hybrid and Volume lash extensions with refills, a Yumi Lash Lift for natural lashes, lash tinting, brow tinting, brow lamination set with a keratin formula, and lash removal. Facial services include dermaplaning, an anti-aging facial, a vitamin C facial, a purifying cleanse facial with extractions and radio frequency for acne-prone and oily skin, a pregnancy-safe facial offered in every trimester, and a signature facial customized to skin type and concerns. The salon states that its facial team is made up of licensed estheticians. Facial and body waxing are also available.

Booking is by appointment and reservation-only, with a credit card required to hold each appointment. Changes or cancellations need to be made by email at least 24 hours ahead, and late changes and no-shows are charged a share of the service fee. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed, and guests are asked to arrive 10 minutes early. Prices are confirmed before the appointment and may vary with nail length, shape and design. Group bookings are offered for 4 to 6 guests, and private events for groups of eight or more are requested through a contact form. Gift cards are valid only at the location they are chosen for.
