It works by appointment only, with bookings made through an online scheduling page, and questions can be sent to its contact email. Its treatments are meant to enhance natural features and boost confidence.

Services are grouped under lashes, brows and waxing. Lash extensions are offered as a full set at $175 and come in natural, subtle, or glam and dramatic styles, customized to each set. Extensions usually last four to six weeks, and maintenance every two to three weeks is recommended. Lash fills are $105 and require at least 40% of the existing lashes to remain; changing the style or set during a fill costs nothing extra, and foreign lash fills are welcome.

For clients who want a lift without extensions, the Korean Lash Lift + Tint is $95. It curls natural lashes and adds tint to deepen their color, and a lash lift generally lasts six to eight weeks. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that sets brow hairs in place for a fuller look, lasts up to six to eight weeks, and can be tinted afterward. The Brow Luxe Trio is $85. Facial and Brazilian waxing are offered, priced by the amount of hair, with no set price listed; results typically last three to six weeks. Before a waxing appointment, hair should be about a quarter inch long, usually two to three weeks after shaving.

Clients should arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. A 15-minute grace period applies, and late arrivals are cancelled with the deposit lost. Rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead keeps the deposit, while cancelling within 24 hours, or a no-show without a text, forfeits it. If less than 40% of lashes are intact at a fill, the full set price is charged. Clients with an infectious illness, or a household member who has one, are asked to reschedule. Allergic reactions to glue or lash primer are possible, and emergency removal is offered if one occurs. Concerns raised within 48 hours may be corrected with a complimentary mini fill if caused by application or product. Services and products are non-refundable, prices may change at any time, and the studio reserves the right to refuse service.
