Appointments can be booked by phone or email during opening hours, which run daily from 10 AM to 7 PM. A credit card is kept on file to hold a booking and is charged only for a no-show or a cancellation outside the policy window. Consultations cost $35 for facials and $55 for med spa, laser and electrolysis services, and that fee is applied to the price if you go ahead. Major credit cards, cash and Venmo are accepted, and a payment plan called Treat now, pay later is available through the office. Med spa treatments are performed under licensed healthcare professionals, and every Botox visit starts with a consultation covering medical history, current medications and facial movement. The business notes that results vary and that a provider decides whether each treatment is appropriate.

The medical menu covers Botox Cosmetic, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, microneedling, Venus Versa, (MP)2 body contouring, IPL and a PDO thread lift. Botox Cosmetic is a prescription injectable for moderate to severe forehead lines, frown lines between the brows and crow's feet, and the site says it is usually noticeable within several days and generally lasts about three to four months. Dermal fillers add volume and soften lines in the lips, cheeks, chin, jawline and under-eye hollows, with JUVÉDERM and RHA options selected with a provider.

The spa menu covers many massage styles and facials that use IMAGE Skincare, OSEA and SkinCeuticals products, along with bundled packages designed around particular occasions. The Queen of the Day and Emperor of the Day sessions each take roughly three hours and include a 30-minute lunch, and the Ultimate Bride Prep package comes with a healthy spa lunch. Custom packages can be arranged, depending on availability and price. The salon also runs complimentary lactation classes for new mothers. It works with Doorways, a nonprofit that supports survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, offering donations, events and free services to the organization.
