Visits are by appointment only. New patients book through the OptiMantra portal and receive intake forms by email before the visit. An initial naturopathic consultation runs 60 minutes and can be in person or virtual. Follow-ups run 30 to 45 minutes and short check-ins 10 to 25 minutes, and extra charges may apply if a follow-up runs past the time booked. The practice is cash-based and does not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill or service summary is provided for possible reimbursement, which is not guaranteed. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Before any treatment starts, the team reviews recommendations, whether a treatment suits the person, risks, alternatives and costs case by case. Results differ from person to person, and no particular outcome is promised. The FDA has not evaluated or cleared ozone therapy as a treatment for any medical condition.
