Treatments are performed by the medspa's resident doctors, who the site says are licensed and board certified. Before a procedure, each doctor talks with the client about their goals and which services would suit them. Free consultations are offered for every procedure with every resident doctor.

Body options include CoolSculpting, Morpheus8 microneedling, Ultherapy, IV therapy, spider vein treatment, weight loss with HCG and butt augmentation. The Face menu covers Botox, dermal fillers, facials, chemical peels, erbium laser resurfacing and skin tightening, among others.

On arrival, new patients complete a brief medical history and consent forms, and arriving about 15 minutes early is requested. Some treatments involve changing into a disposable gown provided by staff. Appointments can be booked by phone with the receptionist or online, and changes need 24 hours' notice. A $100 fee is charged to the card on file for a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours ahead. Gratuity is optional and can be given in cash or added to the bill.
