Treatments are adjusted to each client's skin and goals, and the spa sets expectations at the start of care. For new clients, a Custom Facial Consultation is suggested as the first step. Custom treatment plans are built for concerns such as aging, hyperpigmentation, acne, dryness and sensitivity.

The facial menu runs from a Basic Facial and a Glow Facial up to the DiamondGlow Facial and its Deluxe version, the Geneo Facial, and Microneedling. Professional peels include the Dr. med. Christine Schrammek Green Peel, BioRePeel and the FactorFive RDS1 Peel. Teen and acne programs include Face Reality Acne Boot Camp, which pairs in-spa treatments with a customized home skincare routine, along with a Teen Facial and a Teen Deluxe Facial.

Along with facials, the spa offers brow and lash care, complete body and face waxing, Celluma LED body contouring packages, and two monthly memberships. Clients book online through Square. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and shorter-notice requests may carry a fee of up to $50. Payment plans are offered through Cherry, which decides approval and sets the terms.

Treatments are tailored to each client's skin and goals, with expectations set at the start. A Custom Facial Consultation is suggested as the starting point for new clients.
