The facial menu includes a clear complexion facial with LED light and massage for acne-prone, oily or congested skin, a melanin suppressant facial for sun damage and hyperpigmentation, and a rosacea facial for rosacea and sensitive skin. Other facials focus on stress, aging skin, and eye care, and there are bridal and expectant-mother versions. Add-ons include dermaplaning, which can be added to a facial, HydraFacial or chemical peel, and a hands treatment, a foot treatment with reflexology, and an anti-aging eye treatment.

The HydraFacial takes about two hours and combines lymphatic drainage, cleansing, extraction, a booster hydration step, a massage of the shoulders, neck, decollete, scalp and arms, and LED light therapy. The Mandelic Renew Peel is a series peel for aging, normal skin that blends acids, microdermabrasion and enzymes, and runs about an hour and a half. The Organic Herbal Peel is meant for acne-prone skin, aiming to control oil production and clear away dead skin, and also takes about an hour and a half.

The salon describes its setting as professional, elegant, intimate, private and relaxing. Guests are offered complimentary fresh mint tea and homemade cookies during their visit. Services can be booked online through the salon website.

Booking policies: changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice and can be made by phone, text or email. Appointments missed, canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled fee, and no-shows without notice are charged the full price. Any outstanding balance must be paid before the next appointment is booked.

Skin care treatments use Rhonda Allison products, which the business describes as made with natural ingredients. The online store also sells hair, makeup and skin care products.
