Appointments are required and are offered Wednesday through Saturday. Facials begin with a consultation and skin analysis, followed by cleansing, steam or exfoliation, and extractions when needed. Some facials include massage of the face, neck, shoulders, hands and forearms, and a wrap or sheet is provided during treatment.

The facial menu includes Gentle Touch, which suits people new to facials and addresses specific skin concerns; Dermaplane, which removes peach fuzz and exfoliates; and Holistic, which pairs facial massage with therapeutic modalities. Express is a shorter option, Teen is designed for adolescent skin, and Back Treatment is a specialized facial for breakouts, dryness and congestion on the back. Microdermabrasion exfoliates the outer layer of dead skin cells and is not recommended for people with rosacea or severe acne.

Brow shaping is offered by waxing or threading. Waxing is not recommended for clients who have taken Accutane within the last 6 to 12 months. Eyelash extensions come in Classic and Hybrid styles; a full set takes about 2.5 to 3 hours and a fill takes 60 to 90 minutes. Fills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks, and waiting longer than 3 weeks may require a full set.

Single appointments, packages and monthly subscriptions are available for most services. A Holistic Facial Package is offered, with a pre-order price of $20 listed on the booking link page. For spa parties, there is no travel charge within 10 miles, a flat $25 for 11 to 25 miles, a flat $50 for 26 to 40 miles, and a custom quote beyond 40 miles.
