Spa hours are Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Sunday 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Guests are asked to arrive at least 20 minutes early, since treatments end on time. A robe and slippers are provided with any spa appointment except nail appointments. Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing and leave jewelry and valuables at home, keep conversation quiet, set phones to silent and refrain from using cameras in the spa. A 20% service charge is added to every appointment; it goes to the provider, with a small portion shared among support staff. Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice to avoid a charge for the full treatment price. Guests must be 18 or older, with exceptions for facials, where 16 and 17 year olds may book with a parent who stays in the treatment room, and for nail services, open to guests aged 5 and older with a chaperone.
