The massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, and medical massage therapy, along with a customized option and a two-hour stress relief session. Facials are grouped around hydration, anti-aging, acne, illumination, and light therapy. Most massages can be layered with cupping, hot stone, aromatherapy, or CBD oil or cream for an added $20. Couples can book side-by-side massage in a private room. Treatment suites are private, and pressure, focus, music, and lighting can be adjusted before or during a session.

The membership costs $99 a year and gives members $10 off nearly every menu item, priority booking with preferred therapists, personalized care, and members-only rewards and offers. It starts as soon as it is enrolled by phone or at a visit, and it can be bought as a gift. The fee is non-refundable and renews on the enrollment anniversary. Members may share their member rate with one named partner at the same visit.

PureBrow offers ombre powder brows, a combo nano hair stroke brow with ombre-shaded tails and hair strokes at the front, and a luxury nano brow using single-needle hair strokes. Every technique includes mapping, color matching, and a follow-up visit to perfect the result. Brow bookings are made by phone and require a $100 non-refundable consultation deposit that is applied to the final service.

Cancellation windows are 24 hours for single services and 48 hours for 90-minute treatments, couples experiences, and PureBrow. A late cancellation is billed at half the service price, and a missed appointment without notice is billed in full. Guests who arrive late get a shortened session at the full price, because treatments finish on schedule. Guests under 16 may visit only by prior arrangement with a parent or guardian, and the suites are reserved for adult treatments.
