A visit usually starts with a free consultation of about 15 minutes before any treatment. During that conversation the aim is to understand a client's goals, skin history and concerns, and then to design a custom treatment course rather than a single fixed service. For a facial, clients are asked to arrive about 15 minutes early and complete an intake form. Appointments can be booked online through a Square calendar, where a skin consultation can also be selected, or by phone. Pricing is gratuity-free, so tips are not accepted on any service.

Facials are a 60-minute appointment that begins with a skin analysis and is then tailored to the client. The session covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions where needed, a neck, shoulder and scalp massage, a mask, and finishing serums, moisturizer and SPF. Chemical peels use acids such as glycolic, salicylic and retinoic acid to loosen dead skin and clear pores. Peels begin with a light or superficial treatment and only move to medium or deep peels when it is necessary. The HydraFacial is a three-phase treatment that cleanses, extracts and hydrates, and the business says it suits all skin types, including sensitive skin.

CoolJet Plasma uses plasma to stimulate collagen production in the deeper layers of the skin, and the business says it can increase absorption of topical treatments. Microchanneling and LED light therapy are also offered in the advanced spa menu. Clients are advised to wait 12 to 24 hours before applying products to treated skin and to avoid workouts, hot showers, saunas, swimming, makeup and SPF during that time.

Waxing is offered for the face, body, legs, back, underarms and Brazilian area, for women and men. Hard wax is used on delicate areas, while soft wax is applied with a cloth strip. Numbing cream can be applied about 45 minutes before a waxing appointment if discomfort is a concern, and a free consultation is available to plan a custom waxing schedule. Brow and lash tinting are also available, and brow waxing can be combined with brow tinting.
