The studio offers facials, advanced facial treatments and waxing. Each facial is tailored to the client's skin type and concerns after a skin analysis by the skincare specialist, and the products are chosen for each client's skin. Facials are described as addressing acne, rosacea, premature aging, sun damage, pigmentation, enlarged pores, blackheads, whiteheads, texture and ingrown hairs. Facial options range from a 50-minute Teen Facial at $99 to a 1 hour 45 minute Pure Indulgence Facial at $199.

The advanced menu includes high frequency and ultrasound therapy, both available as facial add-ons at $15 each, and LED light therapy at $15 per treatment. For LED, red light is used for anti-aging and healing, and blue light for acne. High frequency is described as using argon and neon gas for acne and aging skin. Other options are radio frequency for non-invasive skin tightening ($80), dermaplaning with a sterile surgical scalpel ($125), microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, which uses hyaluronic acid and a numbing cream applied first ($150 and up), and a chemical peel ($150, 60 minutes). The peel is selected by the skincare therapist and is offered only to clients who have already had a facial at the studio. Hydrodermabrasion ($169) is presented as an alternative to microdermabrasion, using pressurized saline and serums instead of crystals or diamond tips. Procedures are performed only on intact skin, not on open wounds, cuts or lesions.

Waxing is a large part of the menu. Sugar waxing covers areas from neck and upper lip up to full legs and full arms, and traditional wax is also offered for most areas, with a full body wax at $65 and eyebrow shaping at $15. Some hair removal services are booked through sugarbeewaxing.com rather than here. The menu also includes a Men's Power Facial at $149, with beard treatment as a recommended add-on.

Facials and advanced facial treatments can be booked online through the website. Clients who arrive for an appointment call the studio on arrival and wait in their vehicle; the esthetician then comes to the door. The website states that Spanish is spoken.

Before a booked facial, clients are asked to avoid exfoliating for at least 3 days, avoid sun exposure, and skip aspirin, ibuprofen, NSAIDs and vitamin E. Waxing the area to be treated should not happen within 3 days of the facial, and a facial should not be booked within 72 hours of Botox. If the client has been sunburned within the last 3 weeks, the appointment should be rescheduled. Aftercare instructions are given for microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels.
