The facial menu has three tiers. The Essential Renewal Facial is a 60-minute option suited to maintenance and first-time clients. The Advanced Renewal Facial runs 90 minutes, adds corrective treatments and can include an Oxygen RX, Berry Brightening or Level 1 Lactic chemical peel. The Luxe Renewal Facial adds the Luxe Lift/Beyond Botox and SWICH treatments on top of the Advanced steps.

Facial sculpting is offered as a separate category. Sculpt and Firm is a one-hour, no-needle massage using lymphatic drainage and sculpting techniques. The business notes it is not a facial and may not suit every client because of contraindications.

Hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, by appointment only, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Services can be booked online. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts from $25 to $200 and expire 12 months after purchase.

The studio pairs professional-line products with a set sequence of cleansing, exfoliation, serums and massage, adjusted to each facial tier.
