Hygiene is a clear focus. Each client gets a disposable liner, and the salon says all metal tools go through cleaning, disinfection, sanitizing and sterilizing. Every client is also given fresh nail files, buffers and pumice stones. Pedicure bowls are cleaned between services and use biodegradable plastic liners along with sterilized wet jets.

The salon works with O.P.I, DazzleDry and Zurno products. It describes its products as non-toxic, vegan and organic, containing natural extracts, and free from cruelty, parabens and gluten. Its gel formula is described as 9-free, HEMA-free, cruelty-free and vegan, and gel services are cured under LED light rather than UV.

Pedicures come in four levels. The Simple Pedicure is the entry option with a sugar scrub and massage. The Sole Soothing Pedicure adds callus reduction and paraffin wax. The Recharge Pedicure adds a longer massage and a mud mask, and the Detoxifying Pedicure is the most extensive, with an eye mask, a shoulder and neck pad and a 25-minute massage. Gel polish, callus reduction, paraffin wax and French tips can be added to pedicures.

Gel Polish Only is a option for clients who want color without removing the existing nail, and it is exempt from the salon's guarantee policy.
