The facial menu ranges from a short extraction add-on and a quick express facial to longer options. Extraction-focused acne facials include cleansing, gentle exfoliation and extractions for congestion. Chemical peels come in an introductory strength for acne, congestion, pigmentation, fine lines and uneven texture, and a deeper peel with more noticeable peeling and downtime. Clients preparing for a peel are asked to stop retinols, retinoids and exfoliating acids at least 5 days beforehand and to limit sun and tanning for a week. Dermaplaning removes dead skin and peach fuzz with no downtime, and microneedling is also on the menu. The relaxation facials add customized products, facial massage, scalp work and cooling ice globes.

Brow services include shaping with wax, tinting, lamination, and a full package combining wax, lamination and tint. Korean lash lifts are offered with or without tint. Waxing covers underarms, a full face (brows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, jawline and forehead) and the Brazilian area. Clients booking an underarm wax are asked not to shave for 5 to 7 days beforehand.

For clients who are unsure what they need, there is a 90-minute consultation followed by a custom treatment, priced according to what is chosen. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice; later changes are charged 50 percent of the service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are charged in full. Payments are accepted. The business lists hours from 8 AM to 7:30 PM on Mondays, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM Tuesday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5:30 PM on Fridays, 9:30 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays and 9:30 AM to 3 PM on Sundays.
