The salon operates on the second floor of The Delavan Hotel and describes itself as an Organic Colour Systems concept salon and a Eufora zero-ammonia exclusivity salon. Founded by Colby Jagielo, it aims to offer a holistic salon and spa experience built on organic, non-toxic practices, and the salon describes its air as free of harsh chemical fumes. The founder selects every product in the salon for how it performs and for the way it supports a healthier lifestyle. Hair color is done with Eufora's zero-ammonia line and Organic Colour Systems, facial and body treatments use Circadia skin care, and nail services use Manicurist and Green Go products. The nail company states its products are vegan and cruelty-free. Every haircut includes a shampoo and blowout style, a 15-minute one-on-one hair consultation is available, and extension consultations cover tape-in and sew-in extensions and color matching. Color clients are offered a patch test on the inside of the forearm, checked after 10 minutes, before a color service. Corrective color requires a consultation with a stylist before a service appointment can be booked. For updos, hair should be clean and dry to avoid a shampoo charge. Beyond hair, the menu covers head spa rituals (which must be booked by phone), facials including a customized option for sensitive, combination or aging skin, body wraps, Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, pregnancy (not offered in the first trimester) and couples massage in a couples room. Special occasion work includes bridal trials, bridal up-styles, and styling that can be done at the salon or with travel within the Buffalo area. Hotel guests book a STAY-cation through The Delavan Hotel first and receive a voucher to bring to the spa, which can be used for any spa service including nails and skin.
