The menu is organized around manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, polish changes, nail care and nail art. Hand services range from a regular manicure with shaping, cuticle care and polish to a spa manicure with exfoliation, a hydrating hand treatment, a hot towel step and arm massage. Gel manicures add gel polish and cuticle oil, and gel removal can take extra time or an add-on.

The enhancement menu includes Gel-X extensions, offered in three options and usually taking 90 minutes or longer, plus builder gel overlays, dip powder gel, and refills that address new growth and reshape existing sets. Repairs or significant alterations to enhancements can carry additional charges. Acrylic removal is available, and it may require more appointment length or cost more when the acrylic was put on at a different salon, or when the nails are extra thick or long.

Pedicures run from a basic service with nail trimming, callus smoothing, exfoliation, foot and leg massage and a hot towel treatment, up to organic and vegan spa options with a choice of Green Tea, Lavender or Eucalyptus, and a deluxe and luxury tier. The deluxe pedicure adds advanced callus treatment with hot paraffin and a massage with hot towels and stones. The top Volcano Luxury Spa pedicure is a roughly 90-minute service that adds a Volcano spa treatment, extended massage and hot stones. Add-ons such as a callus treatment, an extra 10-minute massage and toe gel polish must be booked with a pedicure.

The salon says its goal is quality service, careful attention to detail and a clean, welcoming space. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who cannot attend are asked to tell the salon as soon as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled.
