Eyelash extensions are the core of the studio. Classic, Volume, and Siberian Mink full sets are offered, with refill sets, color and glitter add-ons, a volume upgrade, and extension removal. Monthly memberships are available for Classic, Siberian Mink, and Volume lashes, with a signup fee of $59 for each tier that is waived on 6-month memberships. Full set appointments are booked for about 1.5 hours, including a consultation, and refills run 45 minutes to an hour. Extensions typically last 60 to 90 days, and refills are recommended every 2 to 3 weeks.
Before a lash appointment, clients should arrive with all makeup removed and avoid oil-based products around the eyes. Every client signs a consent form for each treatment before the appointment, and forms are available at the studio. Makeup applications should be booked at least 24 hours after lashes are applied. One-on-one makeup lessons last 60 minutes, and clients may bring their own makeup.
Facial treatments range from an express facial to a signature facial and a pure luxury facial, with add-ons such as vitamin C serum, anti-aging serum, and an arm, hand, or scalp massage. Treatments include cleansing, gentle exfoliation, a soothing mask, and calming rehydration, using products chosen for sensitive, oily, dry, or normal skin. Spray tanning uses an airbrush, with organic options and scented solutions and additives available. Waxing uses a stripless hard wax followed by an after-wax solution to calm the skin, and is recommended every 10 to 14 days or when hair reaches about a quarter inch. Underarm hair can be waxed weekly. Basic waxing treatments are not offered at the Spring location. The studio offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Uses medical grade adhesive for eyelash extensions and offers a sensitive formula for clients with sensitivity. Free patch testing for adhesive sensitivity is available at least 72 hours before an appointment.
