Visits are arranged around the natural lashes. The studio asks clients to arrive without mascara or eye makeup, and it asks that clients with very thin, fragile or gappy natural lashes not book a set. Those clients can request a free consultation by direct message, text or email before deciding.

Refill timing depends on how many extensions remain. A refill is possible when at least 40 percent of the extensions are still in place, and refills are suggested every two to three weeks. Past three weeks, the studio treats the appointment as a new full set.

The studio also offers eyebrow waxing, which includes sculpting, cleaning and styling, and body waxing, including Brazilian and Manzilian services. Men's body waxing bookings need approval, and the studio contacts the client for details after the appointment is scheduled. Same-day and after-hours appointments can be requested by contacting the studio directly, with an extra fee for emergency bookings.
