Full sets can be made in several styles: classic, hybrid, volume, wet, anime, or color. Custom sets are tailored to the client's eye shape and preferences. Model sets follow lash styles shown in the salon's Instagram Highlights, and any custom look not shown there needs a photo sent before booking for approval.

Maintenance is built around fill windows: a 7-day mini fill, a 2-week fill that starts at a set price, and a 3-week fill, each covering gaps or missing extensions within its window. Foreign fills, meaning extensions placed by another artist, are accepted case by case. The existing set has to be healthy and free of irritation, and poor retention, clumping, or irritation calls for removal and a full set instead.

A $25 non-refundable deposit goes toward the balance, and a patch test is available for clients who want to check adhesive sensitivity first, though it cannot guarantee that no reaction will occur. Cancellations within 6 hours of an appointment, or no-shows, incur a 25% fee. Aftercare guidance and a lash bath kit are available for purchase.

Custom sets are designed around each client's eye shape and features, with a consultation and consent step before the first visit.
