Pure Heart Standard adds an exfoliating sugar scrub, an ultra-hydrating massage butter and a short refreshing massage. Heart to Heart Spa builds on that with a hot stone massage, a collagen glove treatment for manicures, a longer massage and a paraffin treatment for pedicures. A Heart of Gold Lux is a six-step pedicure with a detoxifying mud mask, callus removal and a full 10-12 minute massage.

Gel alternatives are another part of the menu. Forever in My Heart is a polish system the salon describes as fully organic, cruelty-free and vegan, which dries quickly without UV curing. The salon states the polish lasts up to 14 days. DIP Your Heart Out is a dip powder manicure, offered because the salon does not do acrylic services. For children 10 and under, Miniheart Little Ones is a milder version of the standard service that includes a 10-minute massage.
