Facials are tailored to each client's needs rather than set to one fixed routine.
The Acne Bootcamp is a structured program for clients working on acne. It begins with a consultation, which can be done in person or by FaceTime or Zoom, and a first treatment that together take two hours for $150. Follow-up visits include a 30-minute virtual acne check-in for $35, a 55-minute follow-up facial for $85 and a 40-minute acne peel for $100. The peel is only booked for clients who are following the Face Reality home regimen and have been approved for it.
Monthly memberships offer discounts. A membership requires a monthly fee for at least three months, a valid credit card, and 30 days' written notice before the next billing date to cancel. Membership balances must be used within the month they are issued.
To secure an appointment, clients provide a debit or credit card and pay a 25% deposit, which goes toward that service. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours ahead. Cancelling or rescheduling inside 48 hours is charged at 50% of the service price, and a no-show is charged 75%. Clients more than 15 minutes late without notice are automatically canceled and charged the no-show fee. Deposits and cancelled appointments are non-refundable. Product purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
The studio describes its skincare as corrective and focused on visible results, with facials customized to each client.
