The facial menu runs from a 60-minute introductory visit for first-time clients who are unsure what their skin needs, which includes a custom skincare plan, through a basic custom facial for routine or maintenance care with little to no downtime. Clients who want more can book a custom peel facial, a chemical or non-chemical peel adjusted to their skin concerns, or a 90-minute Pure Glow Signature Facial that is tailored to the client. The Signature Hydrafacial is a 60-minute treatment that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates the skin using antioxidant, peptide and hyaluronic acid serums. The most extensive option is the 90-minute Luxe Pure Glow Signature Facial, an upgrade on the standard Signature that adds massage and any further treatment the skin needs.

Waxing appointments are short and priced by area, including nose, upper lip, chin, eyebrows and underarms, with the smallest areas taking about ten minutes and the rest about twenty.

Some treatments come with preparation rules. Clients having a custom peel facial are asked to stop active skincare ingredients five to seven days beforehand, and to avoid sun exposure and keep their routine minimal for up to a week afterward. Cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the appointment are charged a 25% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the visit.

Hours are Monday from 1:30 PM to 7 PM, Tuesday from 12 PM to 7 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
