The founder is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who became interested in platelet-rich fibrin for cosmetic care after seeing it used in surgical healing and after attending advanced facial esthetics courses. The salon says it has partnered with researchers who were among the first to develop the PRF methodology, and it describes PRF as three times more powerful than platelet-rich plasma, which is also its own claim.
Each visit begins with a consultation about the client's goals and daily routine, and consultations are free for its services. Appointments are for services only, while skin care products can be bought in person without one. Clients are asked to arrive early to check in, to give at least 48 hours' notice for changes, and to leave children and extra guests at home. Patient comfort and safety are named as the top priority. Parking is free and ample, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and the business is closed on weekends.
