Facials are adjusted to the needs of each client's skin and generally move through cleansing, exfoliation, skin balancing, massage and moisturizing. Warm towels and aromatherapy come with every facial and massage. The facial menu includes anti-aging, brightening and lifting, deep pore detox, hydrating and firming, men's, teens and back options, plus PCA chemical peel with microdermabrasion and the VI Peel. The Anti-Aging Facial adds a lactic peel, oxygen infusion, an A, C and E complex and a collagen mask. The Intro Signature Facial, a one-hour microdermabrasion and oxygen infusion treatment with aromatherapy, massage and LED light, is listed at $99 against a regular price of $150.

Body contouring is nonsurgical. Options are Laser Sculpt Lipo, Ultrasonics fat reduction, MD-360 Multishape and LipoMassage, and most sessions combine more than one technology and include a whole body vibration platform. Deep tissue and Swedish massages are also offered, with a first-time massage package listed at $99.

The team states it will not up-sell clients or pressure them into purchases they do not need. Cancellations require 24 hours' notice. Later cancellations and no-call, no-show visits can carry a fee, averaging $60 to $150, and may be deducted from series packages. A credit card is required at booking for cancellation purposes.
