EMS training is a 20-minute session on electrical muscle stimulation equipment, using the wireless Visionbody Ultimate Powersuit, a full-body electrode suit. Each session opens with a 5-minute warm-up followed by a 20-minute workout. Sessions can be focused on strength, endurance or a combination. Sessions are one-on-one with a trainer, and group classes are also led by a trainer who adjusts intensity for each person. The studio recommends one session a week, with some members moving to two, and 48 to 72 hours of recovery between sessions. The studio says a 20-minute session can match a 90-minute workout; these are its own claims.

Body sculpting uses non-invasive treatments aimed at targeted areas such as the abdomen, obliques, glutes, thighs and arms. TruFlex Body Sculpting uses targeted electrical muscle stimulation, takes 15 to 30 minutes, and requires a consultation to set a personalized plan. A series of sessions is usually recommended, and treatments can be combined with EMS and infrared sessions. Clients can return to normal activity right after. Other options include Cavitation, which uses ultrasound, and vacuum body sculpting. Body sculpting sessions are performed by a licensed esthetician and run under 30 minutes. Infrared Fitness POD sessions last 20 minutes, need no preparation, and can be booked before or after an EMS appointment. The 3D body scan uses Styku technology and takes under 60 seconds. It measures body composition, circumferences, posture and left-right muscle balance, and results can be compared with earlier scans.

A first visit includes a studio tour, a health screen, an explanation of EMS, a 20-minute workout and a 3D scan. It takes about an hour and is listed at $29, with the scan valued at $50 included. There are no long-term contracts and no obligation to join afterward. Ongoing memberships and packages are tailored to training frequency and goals. The studio advises a physician consultation before EMS for people with a pacemaker, who are pregnant or who have active cancer, and before booking if any health condition applies.
