The menu is organized by area. Body waxing ranges from small areas like the stomach strip and underarms to full arms, full legs, and full back. Facial waxing covers areas such as the lip, chin, nose, ears, and hairline, up to a full face. Brow lamination is a three-step process that uses a perming or lifting solution to set brow hairs in a desired position.

Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long before a waxing appointment, and clients are advised not to shave between visits. Body waxing tools are either disposable or sanitized between each use. Estheticians are trained in sanitation protocol and follow state and local regulations. The studio says waxing results last about 3 to 6 weeks, depending on hair growth rate, the area treated, and how often treatments are received.

For a first Brazilian, clients are advised to exfoliate the area at least 24 hours beforehand and avoid lotions or oils on the day of the appointment. Afterward, a hydrating body lotion or oil is recommended, with no scrubbing or exfoliating for at least 24 hours, and loose-fitting clothing helps avoid irritation. The FAQ notes that the bikini line, underarms, and upper lip are generally the most painful areas to wax.

Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made without that notice can result in a charge of 25% of the booked services, and missing an appointment on the day without notice results in a charge of 100% of the booked services.
