Each visit starts with a consultation that looks at skin type, concerns, lifestyle and preferences. Based on that, the team recommends treatments and gives aftercare advice, and a customized protocol is set for each client.
The menu is broad. It includes several HydraFacial options and the personalized Pucci Signature Facial, microneedling and PDRN-based treatments, peels, laser hair removal, brow and lip work, and body, scalp and skin-concern services. Teen facials focus on cleansing, acne and customized skin care, and men can book HydraFacials, microneedling, peels and brow shaping. Brides-to-be can request a free consultation and a personalized pre-wedding skincare plan.
The spa is closed on Mondays, keeps Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday daytime hours, and offers Sunday visits by appointment. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Same-day cancellations are charged half the service cost, no-shows are charged in full, and Friday and Saturday same-day cancellations are charged in full. Children under 12 may not wait in the waiting area during treatments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from 50 to 4,000 dollars, with approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold through the booking platform.
