The studio's philosophy favors doing less and doing it well. The goal is gradual change that keeps clients looking like themselves, and the studio describes its results as looking like the client, only rested. Injectables, energy-based devices and medical-grade skin care are coordinated by one team, so a plan's treatments are sequenced together rather than booked in isolation.

A visit begins with a private consultation of about 30 to 45 minutes with a licensed provider, either a nurse practitioner or a medical aesthetician depending on the treatments being considered. The provider reviews health history, current skin care and past treatments, then examines the skin and facial structure in good light. Clients are asked to bring a list of current medications and supplements and details of any past injectables or laser work, and may bring older photos of themselves. For some neurotoxin and filler treatments, same-day treatment after the consultation is possible if the provider agrees. Scheduling is discreet, treatment rooms are private and quiet, and appointments are spaced so no one is rushed.

Monthly payment plans are offered through Cherry and CareCredit, subject to approval.
