The clinic describes itself as an industry leader in laser care for Fitzpatrick IV to VI skin and says its clinical team has treated thousands of clients across all Fitzpatrick types. Its own Skin Portal offers a personalized morning and evening routine, reviewed by the clinical team, with weekly check-ins and a Skin Score. The Skin Portal is described as AI-powered skincare guidance rather than a medical practice or telehealth service. A free online Skin Assessment takes about 60 seconds.

Precise Institute, the education arm of the clinic, trains and certifies providers in laser treatment for Fitzpatrick types I through VI. The laser certification course is four days long and is organized into 12 modules that address hair removal by laser, removing tattoos, rejuvenating skin, contouring the body and treating pigmentation. The course is listed from $2,499, and the full program is listed from $4,999. Scholarships are open to aestheticians, nurses and other licensed professionals and are reviewed on a rolling basis. Precise Cares, a 501(c)(3) program, offers free tattoo removal to qualifying applicants, including people moving away from gang, trafficking or hate-related imagery. A $25 donation pays for one session. The program serves Chicago and North Carolina.
Treatment plans are chosen based on Fitzpatrick skin type and the specific concern, following a consultation, and the clinic says its recommendations rest on skin biology as well as that classification.
