The hair menu covers silk presses, blowouts, flexi rod sets, two strand twists and haircuts, from a 15-minute signature cut to a 190-minute smoothing treatment with silk press. The color menu includes glosses and toners, grey coverage retouches, accent and full balayage and highlights, double process color and color correction.

Each color service includes 2 oz of color, and extra product is charged at $15 per additional 2 oz depending on hair length, density and the result wanted. Color services come with a choice of a Classic Blowout or a Wash & Go finish. A color consultation is free and can be in person or virtual, and it covers goals, hair condition, expected results, upkeep and pricing.

Color correction requires a $99 deposit and a consultation before booking, so the salon can assess the hair and give an estimated time and cost. Color correction is priced at $100 per hour, with final pricing depending on complexity, length and time needed. Clients can also join the Silk Press Princess Package, a membership of six silk presses over four months for $365.

The salon allows a 15-minute grace period. A $15 late fee may apply after 15 minutes, or the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are charged a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and approval is needed before the appointment.
