Every new client starts with a 30-minute consultation that looks at current skin concerns and ends with a personalized plan and product suggestions. New clients pay a $25 deposit toward the consultation. The customized facial is tailored to skin needs and includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a massage, a custom mask, targeted serums, moisturizer and SPF. The Hydra-Glow facial uses gentle suction and serums to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate, and the Acne facial is designed to clear pores, calm inflammation and address active breakouts.

Facial add-ons take about 10 minutes each, and most must be booked alongside a facial: dermaplaning, red light therapy, a chemical peel, microdermabrasion, and brow wax and tint. Scalp massage can be added to a facial or another session. The Glow Up facial bundles a custom facial with dermaplaning, a brow wax and a tint into one 90-minute visit. For brows, the menu includes waxing, semi-permanent tinting, brow lamination, and a brow transformation that combines lamination, tint and waxing in about 75 minutes. Clients are asked to stop exfoliating products one week before a brow wax.

Microneedling is offered in two options, and a microneedling package is priced at $1,050, saving $150; existing package credits apply at checkout when booked on the Services page. The lash lift and tint is a semi-permanent perm for natural lashes, which the site says lasts about six to eight weeks. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 5 PM, Friday 11 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 9 AM to 2 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Cancellations or rescheduling need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged half the service total, except for illness or emergency.
