The space is a modern, welcoming boutique meant for relaxing and expressing yourself through your nails. The studio describes its nail care as luxury that should be accessible to everyone, and describes its work as clean, creative and bold. Services range from gel manicures and refresh pedicures to Gel-X and full acrylic sets, with nail art added in tiers of increasing detail. Pre-design tips are available in 90s and Y2K style French designs or solid colors. Acrylic fills are offered only on sets that are two to three weeks old and cannot have been done at another salon.
Hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The studio is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. New clients booking Gel-X, pre-design tips or a refresh pedicure pay a $10 deposit. A 30% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, and a 15-minute grace period is generally allowed before a booking counts as a no-show unless the client has spoken with the studio about it.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards come in preset amounts of $45, $65, $100 and $115 or a custom amount, with optional scheduled delivery. Gift card sales are final.
