The Bloomington studio is at 1101 E. 78th St., Suite 318 in Minneapolis, on the Bloomington side of Highway 494 and 12th Avenue South in the Loffler Office Building (952-426-1421). The Lakeville studio is in Lakeville Professional Plaza at 10440 185th St. W, Suite 300 (952-255-8119). Hours are Monday through Thursday, 10am to 6pm, and Friday, 8am to 4pm. Appointments can be booked online, and they are booked first come, first served. Appointments are not scheduled by email, so cancellations may be sent by email but rescheduling requires a phone call. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their own appointments, since a missed reminder does not excuse a missed visit. A single cancellation made with less than 24 hours' notice is free if the studio is told before the appointment; a second one is charged $50, as is a no-show, and both are payable before the next treatment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are never charged. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, depending on the time booked, so it helps to call ahead. Children under twelve are not allowed unless supervised.

Laser hair removal is performed on a Candela GentleMax Pro system, a dual wavelength machine that combines a 755 nm Alexandrite laser with a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser. Treatment is offered for the face, legs, arms, underarms, bikini line and other areas. The studio says treatments involve little to no downtime and that the best results come from a series of sessions. Sessions are sold as 3-packs or 6-packs, grouped by area size: small, medium, large, and full leg. The salon describes its laser as the gold standard for laser hair removal on all skin types, and describes itself as the top Twin Cities specialist in laser hair removal; these are the salon's own claims.

Beyond hair removal, the menu includes IPL, Tixel C skin resurfacing, Vivace RF microneedling, microneedling, the Perfect Derma Peel, dermaplaning, chemical peels, HydraFacial, spider vein and sun spot removal, and monthly injections. Payment plans are offered at both locations. Gift cards are location specific and non-transferable. A standard referral program gives the referrer a $30 credit and the referred friend $30 off a first service, when the referred person completes a first service that is at least $150 in services; the friend's name must be given before purchase.
