The menu is built around locs, covering maintenance, care and styling. Loc extensions, instant locs and loc reattachment are handled by inquiry, so clients text or call first to discuss them.
Some styles are not offered: wicks (starting or maintenance), sister locs, coloring, and cornrows for loose naturals. Services are not offered to children under five.
Booking rules ask clients not to bring others to appointments unless that is arranged and confirmed in advance. There is a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled time, after which the appointment must be rescheduled. No-call, no-show appointments are not accepted. Same-day cancellations or reschedules require a 50% deposit of the future booked service price, which is non-refundable. Payment is taken by Zelle, Cash App or cash.
Questions can be sent by text or call to 443-538-0982, and the business says it is available around the clock.
