Services are grouped into body, facials and skin, hair removal, injectables, and laser and other treatments. Body options include lipo cavitation, EMS and cryolipolysis, plus a combined body treatment. The facial menu runs from a signature facial and dermaplaning to chemical peels, HydraFacial, HIFU, microneedling, microneedling with radiofrequency, plasma pen work and LED light therapy. A visit usually begins with a consultation to talk through skin concerns and goals. Laser hair removal clients have a consultation with a skin assessment and a patch test first, and IPL clients get a skin assessment before a personalized plan is set. A no-obligation consultation is offered before IPL. Pre-treatment instructions are provided for laser sessions, along with detailed aftercare instructions afterward. Services can be combined into a custom package, and planned spa packages are also offered.

Appointments are held with a credit card or a gift certificate, and the card is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee equal to the scheduled service. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and to leave jewelry and valuables at home. Financing is available through CareCredit and PatientFi, and Affirm offers buy-now, pay-later plans with 0% APR for qualifying patients.

Gift certificates can be bought in any amount at the clinic, by phone or through the website. They cannot be refunded or redeemed as cash and must be mentioned when booking. Treatment series cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for other products or spa credit of equal value. Prices and services may change without notice.
