Most color services are priced by the hour. Each hourly booking covers all coloring techniques, toners, haircuts, hair treatments, styling, and waxing, and toners, conditioning treatments, and waxing need no extra time within the appointment. New color clients book a three-hour appointment, and the stylist contacts them for a consultation that may change that time. New haircut clients also receive a consultation from their stylist. Consultations are free and last 30 minutes. The salon does not double book, so each client has the stylist's full attention.

Products are Davines, and clients can order them for home delivery through SalonShop online with the salon's login code, PROPERROOTS. Appointments can be booked online at any time. For the fastest reply, clients can text 440-703-0088; voicemails are answered within 24 hours.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gratuity works differently by stylist: Jennifer Rudolph and Madalyn Reinholz include it in their hourly pricing, while other stylists accept it only in cash, on separate checks, or through Venmo, not on credit cards or checks. Gift cards for Madalyn Reinholz are purchased by contacting her directly.

Services are priced by the hour so that appointments are planned around the work, and the salon keeps one client per appointment slot so each client gets focused attention.
