A first visit includes a detailed scalp analysis of the hair loss pattern and scalp health, along with a review of the patient's health history and any treatments tried before. The Medical Director reviews the diagnosis from that visit, and the clinic then builds an individualized, non-surgical plan. Protocols are tailored to each patient rather than drawn from templates. Prospective patients can book a free video evaluation through the online scheduler, and the clinic has on-site parking.
Microfocused ultrasound is delivered through the PROGEN Revive protocol, which the clinic describes as patented and clinical-grade, given by trained providers under physician supervision. Treatment is applied at three depths, 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm and 4.5 mm, without needles, incisions or anesthesia, and sessions are done in clinic in under an hour. The clinic labels the scalp use of microfocused ultrasound for hair as investigational. Revive candidacy is decided at the scalp evaluation, and the number and spacing of sessions are set by the clinical evaluation.
Other hair options include platelet-rich plasma made from a small blood draw, bioactive peptide therapy, and combination therapy, which pairs microfocused ultrasound with PRP across a program with progress tracking. PRP is recommended only where the evaluation shows it suits the patient's condition and stage, and plans commonly include an initial series followed by maintenance sessions. Revive progress is photographed and reviewed at defined checkpoints, and the clinic notes that hair changes are typically assessed over months.
Ultherapy Prime, which the clinic describes as FDA-cleared, is offered separately from hair treatments to lift and tighten the face, neck and body.
