Services are grouped into Braids, Weaves, Ponytails, Extra Services and Other. Installs include a wash, a braid-down, the install and styling. Several weave and install services need a set number of bundles, and bundles beyond the included amount carry a $20 fee each for install services. A complimentary wash is required when a client's hair has product in it.
Booking requires a $25 deposit. A same-day cancellation lets the client reschedule using the same deposit, but late cancellations are not refunded. The studio is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 to 18:30 Eastern time, and is closed on Sundays.
Wig Creation is a separate service in which the studio makes the unit and handles frontal maintenance. Hair and installation are not included, and the client brings a frontal or closure along with three bundles. Frontal maintenance is also offered on its own, covering knot bleaching, lace plucking and lace tinting when needed.
